Glycemic index of sugars & sweeteners
Sugars differ a lot in GI. Glucose is the reference at 100, table sugar is medium because it is half fructose, and fructose and agave syrup are very low. A low GI sweetener is not automatically healthier: large amounts of fructose have their own downsides.
